Amen! I always laugh when I hear people claim that performance cars will be dead in the near future when we can pick and choose from many more hot hatches, muscle and pony cars, and sports cars than there ever were in the '90s.

Nothing will ever change the Flex's tank-ness, and it's already available AWD, so you must mean the engine. It has the 3.5TT, so crank up the turbos and there's your RS.

What the world really needs is something under 4000 pounds (really, under 3500 pounds) that can turn the rear wheels and take advantage of the TT V6s. Fusion RS with AWD and the 3.5 might be dreaming, but surely they can give us the 2.7...
